How to Pass Elance Word 2003 Test

Elance Microsoft Work 2003 test takes 20-40 minutes to complete to complete 40 multiple choice questions, with each question having between 2 and 8 options; one or more may be correct. In order to pass, you will need to answer at least 60% of the questions correctly. There is usually a clock timing you test. Question are displayed one at a time and once you have answered a question and pressed next, you cannot go back and change your answer.

If you fail the test, you can take the same test once every 14 days.  The date that you may earliest take the test is usually displayed on the screen and this is good because it enables you to note it down in your diary or even put it in your scheduler program as a reminder. Considering that you have to take 30 days to retake the same test in Odesk, I think this is a better deal at least.The good thing about Elance tests is that they are all free and you can retake as many times as you like, although there is a 14-days waiting period.

When you finish taking the test and pass, the skill you have just attained will show immediately on you profile. If you pass the test with average score and you don't feel like showing the results on your profile, you can always hide it until  such a time when you attain good scores after retaking the same test - all these is up to you, depending on how you want your profile to appear to the clients.

When you pass the test there is usually an offer for you to join the skill expert group which portrays you as Word 2003 Expert. Wow! I think this is the best part because it gives you a credible credential and clients are most likely to be in a position to hire you without any hesitation at all.

Before sitting for this test, please do a walk-through of the following topics,which is Elance Word 2003  viewed as the syllabus: - Security and file handling, working with graphics, charts, working with tables, references and lists, word fundamentals and interface, forms and templates, interface customization, writing and formatting text and equations, page layout. and lastly keyboard shortcuts/viewing and navigating.

As you do the revision, at least encourage yourself on the fact that Elance pays far much better that Odesk and once you are established you will be smiling all the way to the bank. So, get back to work and make your profile look elegant by sitting for tests that fit your skills. It is also advisable to sit for skills that you are comfortable with and of course those that you enjoy doing. If you don't enjoy your work then that is not your calling and you better find out where you fit. You can only deliver on a job that you enjoy doing  because only passion is able   to drive you to greater heights even in the face of adversities.
