How to Put a Form in your Blogger's Blog Contact Page Using Google Docs

List down the Fields to use

We are going to create a form using five fields fields:
  • Your Name:
  • Your Email:
  • Your Website:
  • Your Message:
  • Country:
You can customize the fields to fit your requirements.

Step-to-step process of using Google Docs to create a form

  1. Log in too Your Google account i.e. g-mail
  2. Click Even More at the top
  3. Select Docs
  4. click Create button at the top of the left sidebar
  5. Select Form
  6. A form with two form fields appears
  7. Add a title and description for your form - These will not be displayed on the form. To add title, you have to delete the 'untitled form". To put description, use the text box immediately after  'Untitled form' filed
  8. For the first form element, use the Question Title, Your Name. Leave Help Text Field empty and the Question Type as text. Tick Make this a required question. Then click Done.
  9. On the second form element, use the Question Title, Your Email. Leave Help Text Field empty and the Question Type as text. Tick Make this a required question. Then click Done.
  10. For the third form element, click Add Item. Select Text. Use the Question Title Your Website:. Leave Help Test field empty and the Question type as test. Do not tick Make this a required question. Then click Done
  11. For the forth form element. click Add Item. Select Paragraph. Use the Question Title Your Message:. Leave Help Test field empty and the Question type as test. Do not tick Make this a required question. Then click Done
  12. For the fifth form element, click Add Item. Select Text. Use the Question Title Country:. Leave Help Test field empty and the Question type as test. Do not tick Make this a required question. Then click Done
  13.  Click Save at the top
  14. To view your published form click the link at the bottom of your form or by going to Form, then selecting Go To Live Form. The URL for your published form contains the form key as a string. For example mine is https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dDlRbDd1NnhvaXFTMzB2TXZicFdEckE6MQ#gid=0
  15. To embed the form to your blogger blog, Click More actions, and then select Embed
  16. Copy the code that appears and paste it in your contact page at the location you want it to appear. You must be in HTML mode to do this; not in compose mode.

    • 'I agree that I will not click on the Kontera ads that I serve on my site' check-box
  • Tick the check-box, I accept Kontera's Terms of service'
  • Enter the Captcha as shown on the box
  • Click Create Your Account
A  message appears that your application has been successfully submitted and informing you that you will receive  verification email in your email account.

Activating your account

To activate your account and fill your account information:-

  • Log in to your e-mail account, open the mail from Kontera. Click the link provided
  • Click continue
  • Along the line “To pick up your Kontera tag, please click here”  click Click here
  • Fill in your account information. The details are:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Street Address 1
    • Street Address 2
    • City
    • Country
    • State
    • Zip code
    • Phone number
  • Then click Next

Getting  your Kontera Tag

You have to select your platform. The platforms includes; Website, Wordpress, blogger, Joomla and Drupal

  • Since you are using blogger platform, choose blogger 
  • Click Kontera it.
  • When you click Kontera it, another page will appear, where you will have top select the  blog's URL; in my case it odesktestsguide
  • Input the Title; in my case I typed Kontera Ads.
  • Immediately after this is the edit content and the edit template codes which you can expand to see their contents. Click Add widget button to add the code to your blogger blog.

After placing the tag in your blog it take up to 24 hours for Kontera systems to update and for the Kontera In-Text ads to appear on your site.

At this point no further action will be required as Kontera’s self learning algorithms will analyze your blog’s pages each time they load to serve the highest paying and most relevant ads for your blog.

About Elance Email Etiquette Test Syllabus


This test consists of 35 questions to be completed in 35 minutes, and there is a clock at the top of the test window showing you the remaining minutes. You can retake the test after 14 days waiting period. You can retake the test as many times as you want.

But my advise is that you should try to manage you time wisely so that you do not spend a lot of time on tests, and then lack time to do the contracts work or projects. Just learn the balancing strategy and you are good to go.

In order to pass the test you will need at least 60% of the questions answered correctly.

After you finish the test you receive your score and it will be displayed on your profiles. You can decide to delete or hide the skill, it all depend on your preferences.
